The Cottages
The cottages were constructed between 2000 and 2008 and afford light, spacious and well appointed accommodation. Barge, Flare, Towpath, Wicket and Wharf Cottages
These cottages provide attractive self catering accommodation with each featuring a double bedroom with king size bed on the first floor plus a further twin bedroom on the ground floor. The cottages feature open plan living/dining areas with patio doors opening onto covered verandas. Each cottage is equipped with a kitchen and ground floor bathroom with over bath shower. Barge is suitable for guests with accessibility requirements with a larger entrance hall and wider doors to accommodate wheel chair access.

Hopper and Paddock Cottages
These are the remaining two cottages, which were completed in 2005 and 2008 and are single storey. Hopper is fully accessible for disabled persons, according to the National Accessibility Standards. Both cottages have two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bathroom in Hopper features a wheel in shower, disabled toilet and wash basin. In addition, the open plan lounge/ dining room areas in both cottages are particularly spacious allowing easy manoeuvrability for wheel chair users. Hopper’s kitchen has a waist height cooker, hob and sink unit designed especially for wheel chair users.

The cottages are approached over a tarmacadamed entrance, with each having its own area of garden with paved seating area and hot tub. The cottages are detached with adjoining parking areas.

The vendor’s have in the past, let all seven cottages for holiday purposes, although Wharf is suitable for either owner occupation or, for an on site manager. It enjoys a slightly detached location to that of the main complex with separate access to the adjoining council road.
